Skill level:
This class is ideal for confident beginners and intermediate sewists. If you’re comfortable with basic sewing and want to expand your skills into bag-making, this project is a fun and rewarding step.
Materials needed:
- Lori Holt Zippy Bags 2 Panel & Happy Zippers Kit (includes fabric panel and 8 zippers)
- Basic sewing supplies: sewing machine, scissors, pins, thread, ruler, zipper foot
- Optional: interfacing for added structure and bag lining
Class outcome:
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have four completed Zippy Bags in two sizes, ready to keep your projects neat and organized. You’ll also gain the confidence to make more sets at home, customizing them with your favorite fabrics and colors.
