When will my order be shipped?
We’ll do our best to get all in-stock items on your order sent out same day whenever possible.
Our standard method of shipment is U.S. Mail with an average delivery time of 7 business days. We do not ship internationally.
How do you set your shipping charges?
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible. All of our shipping charges have been determined by researching the actual average cost of shipping our packages. Delivery is guaranteed! If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, we’ll take care of it!
We want to do everything we can to make sure that you're highly satisfied with every order you place. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package in its original, unused, and uncut condition within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund, account credit, or exchange. Return shipping cost will be at your expense, and we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
When your order arrives, please look at your item(s) to verify you've received them complete and undamaged. Kit and Block of the Month fabric pieces are folded in and nested within each other - please unfold the fabric and pull each piece apart to make sure you have everything listed on the pattern/package. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact our customer service department within 30 days from the delivery date at 1-800-865-9458 so we can help.
We believe that ordering fabric and quilting supplies should be just as much fun as quilting itself. If we ever fall short of our goal, please tell us. We value your friendship and trust above all.

Include your packing slip (or a copy) with the order number.
Circle the item(s) you are returning.
Remember to pack it securely.

Once we receive items back, if you paid by credit card, your account will be credited approximately 2 weeks after we receive your package. For orders paid by check, money order, or gift certificate, all refunds will be in the form of a credit on your account.
Please note, the retail value of free item(s) will be deducted from your refund if not returned with the qualifying item(s).
